At Success, we offer driver training, Auto Tag services, and now license testing. We have been serving the Philadelphia area for over 15 years. Our instructors and title clerks are experienced and offer multi-language services including English, Chinese, and Vietnamese. We are located in Center City Philadelphia which is conveniently accessible by public transportation. Our location is also located a block away from PennDot on 8th Street. We now have a new location on Frankford Avenue that is a PennDot certified 3rd party testing center. School Policy
1. All application, registration, materials, and service fees are NOT refundable.
2. A $35.00 fee is charged for each returned or bad check.
3. All fees must be paid in advance when appointments are scheduled.
4. A $20 fee will be charged for refund after registration.
5. All programs, lessons, and driving tests must be completed within 6 months from
registration date. After 6 months school will not refund any tuition or part of the tuition.
6. If a student is unable to keep an appointment, the student must call/notify school’s office at
least 48 hours in advance to reschedule, for credit or refund. A $20 dollars fee will be
charged for rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment. There is NO REFUND or
CREDITS for NO-SHOW or same-day cancellation.
7. Student must bring his/her learner’s permit and arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment
time.
8. Each training lesson is 90 minutes. No extra time, credit or refund is given to late arrivals.
9. Pick up/drop off services are usually not provided by the school. All lessons start and end
at the school site. If the student requests for pick up/drop off service, the instructor’s travel
time is included in the lesson. Student must pay all the extra expenses: tolls, parking, gas,
mileage, violation tickets etc.
10. Smoking is prohibited on the school premise and in school vehicles.
11. Our school requires a dress code: Wear a light jacket during the cold weather. Wear no
high heels, slippers or be barefoot when operating a school vehicle.
12. Student must follow rules and regulation according to Pennsylvania driver’s Manual.
Student must be free of controlled substances, social drugs, alcohol, or medication
inhibiting driving etc. when operating a school vehicle.
13. The student must cooperate with and follow directions of the instructor during training
hours.
14. Student must successfully complete and pass each training instruction before moving onto
the next one.
15. Student must have at least six hours behind-the-wheel training prior to taking a road test. A
conference with an instructor is needed before the instructor approves a scheduled road
test.
16. Our school reserves the right to refuse to schedule a road test for the student who is not
ready.
NO PARTIAL OR FULL CREDIT OR CASH REFUND WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO THE
STUDENT’S NEGLIGENCE OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF OUR
POLICIES.
